Enable IPv6 by default

I currently have to manually build TSVN in order to get IPv6 support, which I need because we use Microsoft's DirectAccess technology for remote access. Are there any plans to re-enable this by default at any point? I'm not sure if the reasons for disabling it back in 1.5.0 still apply...
