what does "&Vacuum pristine copies" stand for? Without context it just
sounds funny :)

It removes obsolete pristine copies, i.e. makes the .svn folder contain
fewer files and makes it smaller.
Like if you're vacuuming the carpet, it sucks up all the leftovers :)

Ouch, difficult to translate.

"JungfrÀuliche Kopien staubsaugen" doesn't really nail it :D
"UnberÌhrte Kopien aufrÀumen/entrÌmpeln/ausmisten" sounds more
understandable to me.
