No nightly from 2014-Feb-03 till now

There is no fresh nightly in x64 build - old files there.
The is no nightly in win32.

I know: I've contacted WANdisco about this and they should fix this soon.

BTW: in 1.8.x is no README.txt in small build (only some old
buildlog.txt and .zip), I wonder why not to remove those folders
completely. Maybe redirect them to full for time being?

The reason for no nightly build for trunk is simple - VS2013 license expired!
