Nightly build log dialog filter edit box repositioning incorrectly during resize

Nightly build: if you resize the log dialog from the top (or one of the top corners) the filter edit box at the top does not reposition itself properly; eventually it can get out of the client area entirely.

A cursory glance at the logic seems to put the resizable dialog code anchor at fault; perhaps it is not correctly configured? Or may need custom positioning. I am not familiar enough with the resizing logic to speculate further.
