Website update

Hi guys,

Someone asked on the users list today whether TSVN is free. I thought
that was obvious but looking on the website it is actually not. So I
have done a bit of moving around on the web pages so that the home
page has a brief description and the about page has a fuller one.

I also noticed that the features page is a somewhat older and less
complete version of the about page so I have just deleted it and
removed the links to it. Unfortunately the About page was never
translated to German so I renamed the German features page and used
that instead. You may want to look at a fresh translation.

I added a "read more" link from the home page to the about page and
those will need to be translated in the DE and ZH versions.

I noticed that the live site is some way behind what is currently in
the repo. When does it get updated?

Also, on the live site the translation links at the top right have the
ZH links in Chinese characters whereas the pages in the repo have
reverted to using ZH. Is that intentional?

We don't have access to the server ourselves so the live version isn't always the latest trunk one...

I removed the translated language links when I cleaned them up in https://code.google.com/p/tortoisesvn/source/detail?r=25346. Feel free to add them back if you want, but it was easier for me at the time plus they were translated inconsistently...
