This facilitates "Commit only parts of files" in TortoiseMerge.
I am going to implement this:
Add context menu "Mark this block / Unmark this block"
Add context menu "Use left file except marked blocks"
With these menu items, it is more intuitive to select desired blocks into current commit than manually reverse the undesired blocks using "Use other text block" from the left many times.
