A vast number of applications (mail, browser, ..) offer a "save as" respectively "save a copy as" option often using a shrunken file manager resp. Explorer window to search or create the destination directory and chose the file name.
When putting the new file and perhaps the new directory into a SVN local working copy one most often wishes to put the new items under version control, too. As this has to be done separately afterwards by command line or via Tortoise in the explorer, the procedure is prone to errors.
Is there an option for tortoise SVN to conquer these "save as" windows, too, and offer an "and add to version control" option where appropriate.
Or, if not available yet, could this be an enhancement.
